Corporate Careers - How we Operate
Servicing Our Clients
Corporate Careers aims to encourage and foster constructive, long-term working relationships with its clients through transparency and mutual understanding.
By investing in developing an in-depth understanding of our clients’ business, culture and resourcing requirements, Corporate Careers is able to identify candidates who align to our clients’ requirements in terms of skills and experience, Demographics, culture and budget.
Identifying Our Candidates
Corporate Careers invests in the appropriate technologies to enable ready access to a comprehensive database of candidates and contacts. This reach is extended through the use of several media for the advertisement of opportunities.
Matching Candidates to Clients’ Requirements
Corporate Careers works closely with their candidates to ensure understanding of their medium and long-term career objectives.
Matching of a candidate to a function and a client demands understanding core competencies, culture requirements and career aspirations. Corporate Careers ensures that discussions with candidates about potential opportunities are detailed and frank, so that clients/candidates are aligned and both parties are prepared for their interaction, and that strengths and weaknesses are acknowledged. After all interactions detailed feedback is collated for current and future reference.
Presenting Candidates
Once a candidate has been interviewed and identified as suitable for a client’s requirements, the CV, accompanied by a summary, is presented to the client. Thereafter a standard recruiting process is followed including employer references, status checks, qualification authentication and the management of offers of employment.
No details are disclosed to a client without the candidate’s permission.
