Corporate Careers ensures that discussions with candidates about potential opportunities are detailed and frank, so that clients/candidates are aligned and both parties are prepared for their interaction, and that strengths and weaknesses are acknowledged. After all interactions detailed feedback is collated for current and future reference.
Once a candidate has been interviewed and identified as suitable for a client’s requirements, the CV, accompanied by a summary, is presented to the client. Thereafter a standard recruiting process is followed including employer references, status checks, qualification authentication and the management of offers of employment.
